What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, message us on WhatsApp and we will help depending on availability.
Is ID registration required?
Yes. Under Turkish law (the Identity Notification Law) we must record and report the identity details of every guest at check-in. Please bring an ID card or passport for all guests.
Do you offer weekly or monthly rentals?
Yes. We offer special rates for guests looking for a weekly or monthly rental in Van. See our Offers page for current discounts, or send us your dates on WhatsApp.
Are the apartments suitable for families and children?
Yes. Our apartments are furnished homes with their own kitchen, entirely yours during your stay, which is why families love them. For larger families we recommend our 2-Bedroom Family Apartment.
